Youth

We’re passionate about helping young people grow in faith, friendship, and purpose.

Our Youth programs create a space where teenagers can explore their faith, ask questions, and develop a deeper relationship with Jesus. Through weekly gatherings, small groups, events, and retreats, young people are supported to build friendships, discover their gifts, and learn how to live out their faith in everyday life.

Sundays

On Sundays, youth stay in the main service for the first part, including worship. When the service host announces it, they leave the auditorium to head to their own group.

They gather in the foyer before walking across the road (around 30 seconds) to a meeting room at Newport Methodist Church, always accompanied by leaders. Once there, they enjoy a mix of games, discussion, and Bible study, learning how to apply God’s Word to everyday life. Our aim is to create a fun, safe, and engaging environment where young people can grow in faith and build strong friendships.

Midweek

There are a number of midweek activities for young people to get involved with. These include more in depth Bible study sessions, smaller discipleship groups, and opportunities to join with other local teenage Christians for larger events. Midweek gatherings are a great way to grow in faith, build friendships, and explore what it means to follow Jesus in everyday life.
